Donating Milk

Even milk you have collected before you are screened and registered can be donated if it was collected and stored properly. Take a minute to watch the video below from Rogers Hixon Milk Bank, part of Sinai health, to make sure every drop counts.

Until we have the funding in Ottawa for our lab and staff, all donated milk will go to the Rogers Hixon Ontario Human Milk Bank, part of Sanai Health in Toronto for processing and distribution to fragile newborns across Ontario.

We want to track your donations from the region so please click here if you are considering donating.

Once you have been screened and registered by Rogers Hixon Milk Bank, part of Sinai health, a courier will pick your milk up from your house. Our Project volunteers are here to help you if you need extra support or local resources to help make your donation experience a good one. To learn more about the screening process click below.

Even if you never plan to donate or recieve. Tell everyone you know about our petition and our dream. The more people who learn about the option of donation, the more babies in our region and our province will have access to this precious life saving resource.
